Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of when they are placed, pending credit card verification.
Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location, as rocket & rex (Birch Brands) is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to whichever carrier handled the delivery.
All shipping times below are from when the carrier takes ownership of the product, which is 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Standard Shipping (5-7 days) - $7.95
Expedited Shipping (3 days) - $12.95
Priority Shipping (2 days) - $17.95
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of postmark on unused, undamaged items, that are in the original packaging. As a small business, we are not able to accept returns beyond the 14 day postmark, or on items that have been used. We hope you understand.
In order to return an item, you must first email us at hello@rocketandrex.com with your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return, and we will send you a prepaid label to send the item(s) back. Please note that we will deduct $8.95 from your refund when processing the return for shipping and handling.
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received by us. It can take up to 7 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Any outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returning a gift? Please email hello@rocketandrex.com and let us know that you have a gift to return. We will provide a prepaid label you can use to send the item(s) back. We will email you an electronic gift card once we process your return for the amount paid minus $8.95 for the return shipping and handling fee.
